Organic Social Proposal

The Farm × CO36

Stop documenting the clothes. Start filming the people wearing them.

The photography is doing its job, and volume is solved. What no one in the creator pool can make is the thing you brought us in for: a real hook, two cameras, and a stranger on the street who did not expect to like it.

Two kinds of video
i.
One phone, one room, one person. Fast, cheap, endless.
ii.
Two cameras, a hook, a stranger. A production.
You already have the first. This is the second.
One is an upload job. The other is a shoot.

i.
Why strangers

Nobody believes the brand. Everybody believes the guy on the sidewalk.

Apparel is one of the only categories where the product changes when a person puts it on. The fit, the drape, the way someone stands in it. A stranger reacting to that in real time is the most persuasive thing you can put in front of a buyer, and it is the one thing that cannot be faked.

They say what an ad cannot

"It fits better than I expected." "I did not think I would like this." "I would actually wear that." Nobody writes those lines into a script, which is exactly why they land.

The hook is the whole game

Stopping a stranger on camera is a skill, not a setup. The right question in the first two seconds is what decides whether the video works, and it is the part we spend the most time on.

Every video doubles as ad creative

Anything we make for organic, you are free to run as paid at no additional cost. We are already compensated on ad spend through Trybe, so the more of it that works in the ad account, the better for both of us.

People do not buy clothes because they saw them. They buy them because they imagined themselves wearing them.

ii.
The content

Not posts. Formats that repeat.

Four recurring formats, built for CO36 and pointed at the same buyer your ads chase. The mix shifts month to month around what performs.

The Uniform

Why the men whose style you notice wear the same thing every day. The capsule argument, made properly, one principle at a time.

Philosophy

Closet Audit

Real men, real closets, real reactions. What to keep, what to bin, what to replace. The comparison hook you already know converts.

Social proof

Why It Fits Better

The stitched down collar. Where a tee should stop. Product detail told as a fit lesson rather than a feature list.

Product

Founder Cuts

You on camera, made properly. Your own founder ad works and you know it. This is that, produced, and on a schedule.

iii.
The funnel

Your ads work the bottom. Nobody is working the top.

When we ran the street videos, you told us they held attention but did not convert. That is not a failure, that is what top of funnel content does. It gets a stranger to notice the brand. Somebody else's job is to close them a week later.

Right now every ad starts from zero

The creator pool is direct response, and it is good at it. But it is selling to people who have never heard the name, which is the most expensive customer there is. Awareness is the part that makes the rest cheaper.

Attention is the raw material

You cannot retarget someone who never watched. Every person who stops on a video today is inventory for the ad account tomorrow, and the videos that hold attention longest are the ones that build it fastest.

A hundred creators can film your shirt

None of them can stop a stranger. Filming alone at home will get you conversions, but it will not make CO36 a name somebody recognises before the ad loads. That takes production, and it is the only thing we are proposing to do.

What the work produces

Three hundred million views, and revenue behind them.

A sample of what these formats have produced for other brands we run.

Stowic
$30K
Revenue generated through Instagram from a standing start, with site traffic up sharply alongside it.
Portfolio
300M+
Views across the content we have produced, with formats built to repeat rather than chase one hit.
Audience growth
27,000
Followers grown on a single account in 90 days, with no ad spend behind it at all.
iv.
The investment

One system. Twelve videos a month.

Organic social, fully managed

Twelve videos a month across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
$3,600per month
Three month initial partnership, because accounts are built in seasons rather than weeks. Billed automatically on the first of each month in advance through Stripe, with a 3% card processing fee. After the initial term it continues month to month, and either side may stop with two weeks written notice before the next billing cycle. Everything produced under this engagement may also be run as paid creative at no additional cost, since ad spend is compensated separately through Trybe. The existing Trybe arrangement continues as it is.

Make CO36 a name they already know.

Production can begin immediately upon signing. First videos live within two weeks.
